Keep It Fresh or Freeze It

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of water to keep pasta moist. Freeze portions in airtight bags for 2 months—thaw overnight before warming. *Fun fact*: The lemon zest brightens flavors even after freezing. Batch-cook? Double the chicken and veggies, but add fresh lemon juice when serving. Why this matters: Meal prep saves busy weeknights. Ever tried freezing pasta dishes? Share your tips below!
