Step 2 Slice Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping tops and bottoms connected. Layer the bottom halves in a 9×13 pan. Add ham, cheese, bacon, and eggs. Top with more cheese.
Step 3 Mix melted butter, brown sugar, mustard, and spices. Brush this glaze over the roll tops. Cover with foil, bake for 20 minutes. Uncover, bake until golden. Cheesy Bacon Ham Breakfast Sliders
Description
Enjoy these delicious Cheesy Bacon Ham Breakfast Sliders packed with fluffy scrambled eggs, honey ham, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese.
Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Whisk together the eggs with the heavy cream until frothy.
- In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of the butter. Pour in the eggs and using a rubber spatula, scramble until they are just set. Do not overcook them because they will cook a little more in the oven. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- Place all 12 Hawaiian rolls onto a surface suitable for cutting. Using a serrated knife, slice in half while keeping the tops and bottoms intact. It should be like one large sandwich.
- Place the bottom layer of rolls in a 9×13 pan.
- Evenly layer the honey ham, half of the cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon and cooked scrambled eggs, then the remaining half of the cheddar cheese. Place the top halves of the rolls on to make one big sandwich.
- In a small bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Place in the microwave until the butter has melted, approximately 40 seconds.
- Baste over the tops of the rolls, trying to get as much on top as you can.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the aluminum foil and continue to bake until tops are slightly browned and cheese has melted.
- Remove, cut the rolls into 12 individual sliders and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a drizzle of hot sauce or serve with a side of ketchup or ranch dressing.
